A second-generation Realtor, Betsy Coleman knows Oak Ridge, its people and its assets well.

She is a frequent reipient of the Knox Area Association of Realtors' (KAAR) Gold and Silver awards, and in 2013 was the only realtor in Oak Ridge or Anderson County to receive the prestigious Diamond award. She served two years as the Anderson County Chapter President on the KAAR Board, as a representative on the Grievance Committee, and remains active in this and other professional organizations to remain at the forefront with her skills and connections.

In 2012, she assembled the purchase of the largest group of homes in the City's recent history, making way for the new Kroger Marketplace development at the City's highest-traffic intersection.

Betsy moved to Oak Ridge in 1990 with her husband, Gary, a 1982 graduate of Oak Ridge High School and their son, Tripp.

After completing her bachelor's degree at the University of Tennessee in 1995, she obtained her affiliate broker's license in 1996. Also in 1996, she gave birth to their second son, John Trent.

After ten years as an affiliate broker in Oak Ridge, Betsy formed her own firm in 2006 to be able to focus on the personal attention and quality of service that she is known for. She selectively recruits other like-minded professionals to ensure that the highest standards are upheld.
